Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Xiy Glass Gifts Factory. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these professional B2B terms.
2. Orders & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
As a specialized manufacturing facility, our products are subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) to ensure production efficiency. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in USD (FOB/EXW) unless otherwise stated.
3. OEM & Custom Manufacturing
We provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services. Clients must provide clear specifications and design files. Sample fees are required upfront and are fully refundable upon confirmation of a bulk order that meets the agreed MOQ. Xiy Glass respects your intellectual property and is available to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
4. Payment Terms & Lead Time
Standard payment terms for bulk orders require a 30% deposit via T/T before mass production begins, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipment. Our standard production lead time is 25-35 days after deposit confirmation, depending on the order volume.
5. Shipping & Export
All products are shipped from our facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless an alternative Incoterm (e.g., DDP, CIF) is explicitly agreed upon in writing.
6. Quality Assurance & Breakage Policy
We pride ourselves on handcrafted quality using premium glass and metalwork. All products are secured with high-density export-grade protective materials. Claims for factory defects or transit damage must be made within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by clear unboxing videos and photos.
7. Claims & Compensation Policy
To maintain a fair partnership, we implement the following B2B claim standards:
- Acceptable Tolerance: A 3% breakage or minor finish variation is considered industry standard for handcrafted glass and is not eligible for claims.
- No Physical Returns: Due to international logistics complexities, we do not accept physical returns of goods.
- Resolution: Verified defects exceeding the tolerance will be resolved via Credit Notes (deducted from your next invoice) or Replacement Goods shipped with your next bulk order.
8. Force Majeure
Xiy Glass shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, shipping port congestion, raw material shortages, or government regulations.
